Refinance
If a Business needs to raise additional cash and they own unencumbered assets such as vehicles or machinery these can be refinanced. The money raised can be for cash flow purposes or be used to fund business expenditure where normal asset finance isn’t often available, for example to refurbish business premises.

Invoice Finance
This enables Businesses to access cash tied up in outstanding invoices. Instead of waiting weeks to be paid they can forward up to 90% of the invoice value straight away, allowing the customer to relieve cash flow and or explore expansion plans.

Tax and VAT Loans
Cash flow is important to all businesses and no one likes paying HMRC, whether or not money has been set aside to pay quarterly VAT or annual Corporation Tax bills. Loans for paying HMRC are becoming more popular and we can arrange to spread VAT due over the next three months and Corporation Tax over the next 12 months.
